1. Initial Consultation
In person or virtual — a real conversation about your vision. Bring inspiration photos, details about your dress (especially the neckline and back), and your veil or accessories. We talk through your hair type, face shape, venue, and photography plan, and quote a clear, transparent price up front.
2. The Trial (4 to 8 Weeks Out)
A full creative session — not a preview. We work through one to three looks until we land on the one that makes you feel extraordinary. Every angle is photographed for a shared reference on the morning-of. No surprises.
3. Pre-Wedding Color (1 to 2 Weeks Out)
If you color, this is when we time it — fresh enough to photograph beautifully, rested enough to settle. Balayage, gloss, and dimension designed for flash, natural light, dress, and venue.
4. Wedding Day
Your stylist arrives with the exact plan from your trial, plus backup supplies for anything the day throws at us — humidity, wind, tears of joy, a rebellious veil. Timing buffers are built in. We stay until every member of the party is camera-ready.
5. Travel & On-Location Logistics
On-location bookings are coordinated ahead of time — parking, power outlets, lighting, timing with photographers and planners. We arrive early and treat every getting-ready room like a studio.
