This is the lightest of Milbon's three Smoothing Treatments, and the one we hand to clients with fine hair who want smoothness without the weight that usually comes with it.
The difference is real and it's in the formula: the Fine version is built on a silk-and-silicone base — SSVR-Silk plus free hydrolyzed silk — with no macadamia oil, rosehip, or shea butter. Those richer lipids live in the Medium and Coarse versions. That's why this one smooths the cuticle and adds slip without flattening fine hair.
How to use: After shampooing, squeeze out the excess water, apply from mid-length to ends, and massage for 30 seconds until it feels soft. Rinse thoroughly. Pair it with Smoothing Shampoo Fine.
