Color is what we do. It’s the foundation of Reverie — the thing that drew me to this work 20+ years ago and the thing our team obsesses over daily. Whether you want subtle, lived-in dimension or a complete transformation, the approach is the same: understand the hair first, then make it beautiful.
What we offer
Balayage — Freehand painted color for a natural, sun-kissed result. Our most-requested service by a wide margin. Grows out beautifully with no hard root line.
Highlights & Babylights — Foil highlights for brightness, precision, and control. Babylights are ultra-fine pieces that mimic the way children’s hair catches light. Both create dimension, just differently than balayage.
All-Over Color — Single-process for a rich, uniform result from roots to ends. Great for covering gray or making a dramatic shift in base color.
Ombré & Sombré — Dark-to-light gradients. Ombré is more dramatic, sombré is the subtle version. Both are low-maintenance and grow out gracefully.
Color Correction — Fixing what went wrong somewhere else. Box dye buildup, banding, over-lightened hair, wrong tones. This is complex work that requires patience and precision — and it’s something we see every week.
Root Touch-Ups & Gray Blending — Maintenance services that keep your color fresh between full appointments. Quick, precise, and we match your existing formula exactly.
Toner & Gloss Treatments — The finishing step that takes lightened hair from “lifted” to “polished.” We include toning with every lightening service because it’s not optional — it’s what makes the color actually look right.
How we approach color
Every color appointment starts with a consultation. We look at where your hair is now, talk about where you want it to go, and figure out a realistic plan to get there. Sometimes that’s one appointment. Sometimes it’s two or three sessions to get the result without compromising hair health.

Pricing
Toner, gloss, and touch-up services start at $75 (with blow dry from $100). Partial balayage and partial highlights start at $165; full dimensional color starts at $215. All-over color starts at $175, bleach and tone at $240, and Airtouch at $265 — final pricing depends on length, density, and stylist level. Color correction is quoted after a free consultation because no two corrections are alike.
