Do I need a consultation before my first appointment?
We offer complimentary haircut and color consultations for new clients and strongly recommend them — especially for color services. It gives us a chance to see your hair, talk through your goals, and build a plan. Extension consultations are $35 and include your exact written quote. For cuts and blowouts, you can book directly.
How long does a balayage appointment take?
About 2–3 hours depending on your hair’s length, density, and how much lift you’re going for. That includes consultation, application, processing, toning, and styling.
What products do you use?
Davines for styling and color maintenance, K18 for molecular repair, and Cult and King for texture and finishing. All professional-grade, all available for purchase in-salon and online.
How often do I need to come back for balayage?
Most balayage clients refresh every 10–14 weeks, with a gloss in between to keep tone vibrant without redoing the full service.
Can you fix a bad color job from another salon?
Yes. Color correction is one of our specialties. Book a consultation so we can assess in person — corrections vary widely in complexity and are always quoted at consultation.
Do you take walk-ins?

What are your hours?
Tue–Thu 12 PM–8 PM | Fri 10 AM–7 PM | Sat 9 AM–4 PM | Closed Sun–Mon.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand things come up — just let us know as early as you can.
