The middle weight of Milbon's three Smoothing Treatments, and the one that fits the most heads. If your hair is normal density but rough, frizz-prone, or hard to comb out, start here.
Medium is the only one of the three built around macadamia seed oil — it sits fourth on the ingredient list — along with hydrolyzed collagen and SSVR-Silk. That combination is why it conditions more substantially than the Fine version without going as rich as the Coarse.
How to use: After shampooing, squeeze out excess water, work it through mid-lengths and ends, and massage for 30 seconds. Rinse well. Use it after Smoothing Shampoo Medium.
