30-day returns with free return shipping. If a product is not right for your hair, we will help you find one that is. Opened bottles are eligible for exchange so you can try before you commit.
Can I pick this up at the River North studio?
Yes. Select in-store pickup at checkout and grab your product next time you stop by our River North studio at 300 West Grand Avenue. Pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday during salon hours. No shipping fee, no wait, and a chance to ask your stylist if it is the right match for your hair.
