The control of a gel with the spreadability of a cream. Milbon's Wet Shine Gel Cream is a hybrid built for polished and deliberately wet-look styles: it tames frizz and flyaways while adding buildable hold, and its slow-dry technology gives you time to get the shape exactly right before it sets.

This is the 8 — Milbon makes two. Wet Shine Gel Cream 5 is high gloss; Wet Shine Gel Cream 8 adds a satin finish and more powerful hold. If you're slicking hair back for the night and need it to stay, 8 is the one. If you want shine with movement, go 5.

How to use: Spread a pea-sized amount between your palms, then apply to dry hair. Add more as needed to build control. On short hair a little goes a long way; on longer slick-backs, work in sections from the hairline back.
