Yes. Reverie Salon is an authorized professional reseller. Every product we sell comes direct from the brand through our authorized distributor accounts, with traceable lot numbers. If you have ever been burned by Amazon-counterfeit professional hair care, this is the safe place to buy.
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed before 3pm CT Tuesday through Friday, or before 1pm CT Saturday, ship the same day. We do not ship Sundays or Mondays, so anything after Saturday's cutoff goes out Tuesday. Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on Continental US orders over $125. Below that — and for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international orders — live carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days. Unopened products are refunded in full; opened products are eligible for exchange or store credit, so you can try something without being stuck with it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If a product is not right for your hair, we will help you find one that is.
Can I pick this up at the River North studio?
Yes. Select in-store pickup at checkout and grab your product next time you stop by our River North studio at 300 West Grand Avenue. Pickup is available Tuesday through Saturday during salon hours. No shipping fee, no wait, and a chance to ask your stylist if it is the right match for your hair.
